Jeff, Thanks so much for sharing this video. In Oct. 2008, my life was changed completely due to a drunk driver. There were 3 of us in the vehicle, when our Jeep was hit in the rearend from a drunk driver, who was apparently trying to change lanes, but more importantly his choice to drink and drive changed 3 of our lives. I was in the front passenger seat in my seatbelt, but in the midst of all the flipping my body was so limp I just slid out of the seat. I used to live in Atlanta and did social work at one of the hospitals there. Since this tragedy I had to move to the Augusta area so my mom could tend to me 24/7. I was unable to do anything for myself. Since being in Augusta I have had several surgeries to allow me to be more independent, but my biggest surgery will be the amputation of my right arm. This accident has helped me to help several ppl, and show them that drinking and driving is not worth it. You can follow my recovery at the site posted above. I still have a long road ahead of me, but I do know there is a light at the end of this tunnel. Thanks foe helping raise awareness. God speed to you and the rest of the Bert Show cast!!
