Was thinking further about this entire analogy today, Jeff… and the most important thing here is… FOR NOW… your “home” is with Bert, Jenn, Melissa, and Wendy… on the station that has embraced “Jessica Shops” and has listeners who adore and love you. When this isn’t “home” anymore… you’ll know it. And you and Jessica will make a new home… (which will give you your own choices, and will still allow Jessie to shop, a lot.)

So glad you’re “home” at Q100, for now… and will follow you… whenever, and wherever…

Welcome back Jeff! It’s good to hear your voice on the radio again. You leaving the show is like when they changed the Darrin Stephens on Bewitched. Sure, the second Darrin is ok, but he’ll never be as good as the first. Glad they didn’t do the Darrin switch-a-roo.

I am very glad you are back Jeff. Though you are a foil to me in every way, you bring levity to the Bert Show. I do wish however, you had written an analogy with some other work (TV or literature) that was not the bottom of all culture and brain activity. Some of the people who post on these are not thinking…(slow, I’m looking at you). I don’t know of one person that stays with another company and doesn’t wonder “What if I went somewhere else?” Jeff is talented, and that is why they offered him a contract, other people were interested, AND NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND wouldn’t investigate another offer if it was given to them. Jeff did what any responsible adult does, they check out their options. (and as for Kelly’s comment, I agree, I think if for some reason radio stops working for you, maybe erotic fiction. lol)
